"Tim is a wonderful man and has done so much to help me over 21 years," he said.

"It's a joy to belong to something bigger than yourself and reach back and give a hand up to someone else," said Kristi Jackson, who received a scholarship in 1982. A marketing professional, she now helps review applicants and is a trustee.

"This organization is so much more than the sum of its parts," Snow said.
